While researching various methods to improve communication within our congregation, I found a reference to QuikKast. I was pleased to see that I could type a single message and our members would receive it in the way they wished to receive messages — email, text or voice call. QuikKast has a simple interface to send messages using either the webpage or a smartphone app, and provides tracking details to see who is opening the messages and who needs to be contacted again. The ability to set up multiple groups with their own group leaders enhances communication within the teams and groups of our church as well.
