QuikKast Service Terms & Conditions
The QuikKast service enables organizations to send messages to their members. Messages will be delivered to a member based upon the delivery methods they opt for. QuikKast utilizes SSL and HTTPS for all activity to ensure your messages are sent securely.
The service is billed monthly. Fees are based upon the previous period’s usage. Fees are calculated as follows:
- $30.00 base monthly rate
- $0.00 rate per delivered email message
- $0.025 rate per delivered text message
- $0.03 rate per delivered voice minute
Your account will be billed each month on the date your service was started. For example if your service was started on January 5th, you will be billed the 5th of each month for your usage in the previous month.
If you have a credit card on file, the card will be charged automatically for the amount billed.
The Billing Manager listed with QuikKast will be emailed a billing statement each month. If you have a credit card on file, the statement will show the payment was made by credit card. If a credit card is not on file, the statement will include instructions for remitting payment.
If you do not pay by credit card, any bill not paid within 20 days will incur a 10% late charge.
You may cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel the service, you will be responsible for providing payment on all previous unpaid usage.
The QuikKast system does not store any credit card information within it’s system. Credit Card information you provide is sent directly to our credit card processor Stripe via a secure channel. Your credit card information is stored securely, according to PCI compliant standards, within Stripe’s system. The are certified to PCI Service Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available. QuikKast does not interrogate or monitor the content of any messages. It is your responsibility to ensure all message content meets your legal requirements. Group59 Technology Solutions, nor its employees, may be held accountable for any legal or civil action as a result of message content.
When a person registers with QuikKast, they will be asked to provide their name, gender, birthdate and methods for receiving messages. We do not sell or provide personal information to any entity.
The QuikKast system will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any system maintenance activity will be scheduled in advance and your QuikKast administrator will be notified via email of the scheduled maintenance. All Maintenance will occur between the hours 10:00 pm and 7:00 am EST. Any non-scheduled system outages during the hours from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST time, which last more than 2 hours, may result in a credit to your account.
