How much does QuikKast cost?

We have a very simple, affordable pricing plan. You pay for what you use. There is a small monthly base fee for the organization. The base fee provides you with unlimited members and unlimited email delivery. Each text message delivered is only 2.5 cents. Each voice minute delivered is only 3 cents. What is unique about QuikKast compared to other mass email programs or communication systems?

Mass email programs are just that – mass email. With other communication systems, you are still managing contact information and building distribution lists. QuikKast is a membership communication platform where members select how they wish to receive communications. Members may opt for email, text messages or good old fashioned voice calls. They can receive messages by any combination of the three methods, or all three if they wish. It’s their choice! Because of this choice, message senders no longer need to maintain email distribution lists, text message groups or phone directories. A message is simply authored and sent to one or more groups of members. Each member receives the message their way! Gone are the headaches and hassles with managing contact information and knowing how to best contact someone to ensure your message is read.

Can I brand QuikKast to reflect my organization’s logo?

Absolutely. Your QuikKast should reflect your organization. Upon setting up your account, you’ll be able to upload a logo or other visual image that tells members that they are in the right place!

Is there a mobile app I can use for QuikKast?

Yes. You can quickly message your members from our Apple or Android app, which is freely available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Do my members need to download an app?

No. Your members receive messages through the methods they already have – emails, cell phones, and land-line phones.

How do I get my members to register for QuikKast?

Registration is easy and is done completely online. We encourage organizations place their private QuikKast registration link on their website, where members can quickly add their information and select how they wish to receive communications from you – either email, text, voice messages, or all three. Once registered, members can request access to one or more groups within your organization.

If you already have a membership list, you can upload your members’ contact infomormation into QuikKast through our importer by way of a CSV file.

Can I give QuikKast a try without committing to anything. 

Absolutely. A 30 day trial period is yours for the asking. We don’t even ask for your credit card information.

When I start using QuikKast after the free trial, do I have to commit to a contract?

No. You pay as you go – month to month. We do not lock you into annual contracts.

Do you provide training for me and my team on how to get started with QuikKast?

Yes. Once you sign-up for a free 30 day trial, you will receive free unlimited live online training. We will show you how it works, answer any questions that you have, and we will do it as often as you need it.
